Our Outdoor Bootcamp Classes are a 45 minute class guaranteed to get your heart pumping! Looking to increase strength & conditioning? These classes are the perfect fit with a variety of exercises for every fitness level. Each participant will have their own designated turf area and equipment to use during the class to ensure you maintain social distancing while getting your sweat on!

Bootcamps are an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve!

YOGA FOR ATHLETES
Stretch away the daily stress, increase your flexibility, core strength and endurance, and live pain-free, all while getting a great workout. This class is designed to help all athletes improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility, and breath awareness. Sequencing is focused on the opening of the hips, quads, shoulders, and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program. Level: Moderate
Increase strength, balance, core stability and flexibility through a suspension training program developed by a former Navy SEAL who’s found so many ways to drill. Movements range from beginner to advanced based on your own individual fitness levels. Get your body into incredible shape with TRX. TRX Fusion class incorporates numerous TRX suspension exercises along with body weight, light free weight, and cardio. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.
HIIT & ABS
Ready for a challenge? This class will not only push you to new heights but will work on every aspect of your body. HIIT & Abs class is an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve!
