Expertly designed for all fitness levels, our classes can help anyone increase strength, endurance & performance. Our unlimited class pass includes access to Bootcamps, Yoga for Athletes and TRX Fusion.

BOOTCAMPS

Challenge your body with a circuit-based program that combines strength training and conditioning. Our proven programs kick you into fat-burning mode while making you stronger and more energized. Work in a team environment to motivate each other to reach your goals. Bootcamps are an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve!

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Stretch away the daily stress, increase your flexibility, core strength and endurance, and live pain-free, all while getting a great workout. This class is designed to help all athletes improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility, and breath awareness. Sequencing is focused on the opening of the hips, quads, shoulders, and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program. Level: Moderate

POWER FLOW

A true blend of balance, core strengthening, and flexibility, this vinyasa-style class is fast-paced and sure to work up a sweat. Move from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully-balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends, and opportunity for inversions. Level: Intermediate

TRX FUSION

Increase strength, balance, core stability and flexibility through a suspension training program developed by a former Navy SEAL who’s found so many ways to drill. Movements range from beginner to advanced based on your own individual fitness levels. Get your body into incredible shape with TRX. TRX Fusion class incorporates numerous TRX suspension exercises along with body weight, light free weight, and cardio. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.

HIIT & ABS

Ready for a challenge? This class will not only push you to new heights but will work on every aspect of your body. HIIT & Abs class is an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve!
